Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
- High School Diploma, some college a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in processing payables
- Financial Practice Management software
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft applications and data entry
- Proficient organizational and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and with math acuity
General Functions of Position:
- Process accounts payable.
- Reconcile cash receipts.
- General knowledge of accounting transactions.
- Serve as back-up person to Purchasing Agent.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
