Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:  

Prenatal Services Manager 

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Education, Training and Skills:

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Program with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years successful work experience as an RN, with clinical experience at an FQHC preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired, preferably in a clinic setting
• Previous experience training and developing staff strongly preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills with EMR experience
• Current RN licensure, BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certifications

General Functions of Position:

• Effectively and professionally supervise and manage assigned staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) and day to day functions of department
• Serve as working manager, filling in wherever needed
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and nursing services
• Maintain department budget and inventory.
• Promote and monitor compliance to regulatory and agency standards
• These functions are not all inclusive
