Medical Staffing Specialist - Exceptional Earning Potential!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Educate employees and clients on Helping Hands Nursing Solutions policies and procedures.
• Work with current and prospective clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels by planning, organizing, and implementing a sustainable staffing strategy and take actions to staff accordingly.
• Coordinate schedules of direct care workers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to fulfill clients' needs.
• Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed.
• Document all applicant and client information correctly into the database.
• Communicate through frequent phone calls, emails, and text messages to update calendars and recommend open shifts.
• Mentor employees when having issues, support as needed for complaints, discuss DNR (do not return) incident(s), and document following formal complaint processes.   
• Maintain a good working relationship with internal staff including teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements:

Position Details:

- Full-time position

- Business hours: 24/7 Coverage

- Available Shifts:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM

- Must be flexible with scheduling
