We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grain Facility Manager to lead the operations of our grain facility in Jefferson, SD. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of grain handling, storage, and logistics, coupled with strong leadership and organizational skills. As the Grain Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of grain from intake to storage and shipment, while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Daily Operations:

• Supervise the operations team.
• Perform regular repair and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate weekly cleaning, packaging, grain receiving and shipping schedules with commercial trading team. 
• Maintain grain quality to minimize waste, shrink, and salvage.
• Monitor and optimize facility efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Provide routine reports to the company`s management team regarding facility performance. 

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional grain operating facility.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing grain facility operations.
