Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join their customers team on a remote contract basis. We are looking for candidates with Healthcare experience!

Required Experience

• 4–7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

• Certified Scrum Master

• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban

• Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning environments, or AI-enabled development

• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change

• Healthcare or value-based care experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience in environments with rapid iteration or RAD-style development

• Strong understanding of engineering capacity planning

Compensation:

$50/hr to $58/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
