Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over the Sporting Goods department and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years or olderRetail and management experience preferredProduct knowledge - sporting goods to include new firearms and ammunition salesATF compliance and general firearms knowledge a plusMerchandising skills/experienceClear and concise communication skillsAdministrative and computer skills to complete paperworkDetail oriented/Organizational skillsReliable transportationMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basisCommitted to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionMust be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends - between the hours 6:30 am to 9:00 pm (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor controlOpening and closing the store/balancing cash drawersGeneral Sales Clerk duties to ensure store/department is clean, organized, and well stockedCashiering/cash handlingFreight handling/Forklift operationAssist customers with product selection and load outsHandling phone calls*Background Screen RequiredStarting wage is $16.00 per hour, based on experienceComprehensive Benefit PkgEmployee DiscountFlexible SchedulesEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)Wage starts at 15$ but could go as high as 19$ depending upon past work experience and ability to work nights and weekends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
