The Administrative Assistant (AA) supports the school-based mental health (SBMH) programs by providing administrative coordination across multiple school sites. The AA maintains communication with families regarding health insurance and intake documentation and coordinates with clinicians to ensure timely and confidential exchange of client-related information. This part-time, remote position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently to ensure clients are successfully enrolled in our wellness services.
This role requires regular movement between classrooms, offices, and outdoor spaces during program hours. The employee may lift up to 20 pounds and must be able to supervise active youth settings.
