Warehouse Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing distribution team in Sioux City, Iowa.

Pay Rate: $17.00 + DOE

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using an RF scanner
• Ship orders ranging from small packages to palletized freight
• Safely cut wire according to customer specifications and company procedures
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Perform routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify and document damaged, missing, or defective materials
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, wire cutting machines, push carts, and rolling ladders
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
