Job Position: Production Supervisor

Pay Rate: $DOE

Job Summary:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This position leads production employees, monitors processes, and supports continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support production employees
• Monitor production batches and ensure quality standards are met
• Enforce safety, feed safety, and company policies
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Manage production schedules, trucking, and fermentation operations
• Participate in feed safety and quality initiatives
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of production experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Recent graduates with a related degree are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of production, quality, and safety standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Forklift or equipment certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
