Senior Manager, Client Success

Salary range is: $119,030.52 - $160,000.00. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

At CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. 27 of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is accountable for ensuring customers getting full value from what they bought and the relationship growing from there. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success who can lead leaders, scale execution, and help shape how the future-state Client Success model works in practice. In this role, you will lead across multiple teams or role groups, translate strategy into execution, and build the operating discipline needed to drive adoption, expansion, and client value at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead managers and senior individual contributors across Strategic CSM teams
• Turn Client Success strategy into clear priorities, operating rhythms, and execution plans
• Build alignment across teams so work is connected, handoffs are clear, and customers get a consistent experience
• Coach leaders, raise the quality of execution, and strengthen the broader management bench
• Partner with senior leaders across the organization to improve outcomes, remove friction, and drive change
• Help solve high-impact customer, team, and operating model issues as they arise
• Build scale by improving structure, consistency, and accountability across the organization

How Success Is Measured

• Time to Value: Time from contract to first meaningful usage
• Adoption: % increase in utilization by product by client
• Renewal & Expansion: Net revenue retention within existing accounts

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar enterprise role
• 5+ years leading managers and teams of teams
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
• High standards for your work and how you show up, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to bring others along with you
• Intellectually curious, asking good questions and getting to the heart of problems quickly
• Comfortable in ambiguity, forming a point of view, testing it, adjusting, and moving forward without waiting for direction
• Commercial mindset, accountable for customer value and growth
• Tell stories with data that move leaders to act
• Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
