Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas throughout the store, a fast‑paced work environment, and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.QualificationsMust be 21 years or olderAgriculture background/Product knowledgeRetail and management experience preferredMerchandising skills/experienceClear and concise communication skillsAdministrative and computer skills to complete paperworkDetail oriented/Organizational skillsReliable transportationMust be able to lift 50+ lbs.Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionMust be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor controlOpening and closing the store/balancing cash drawersGeneral Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stockedCashiering/cash handlingFreight handling/Forklift operationAssist customers with product selection and load outsHandling phone calls*Background Check RequiredStarting wage is $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
