Position Overview

The Data Input Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data across a range of platforms and databases. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all information processed through our systems is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information into company databases and systems
• Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
• Perform routine checks and audits to identify and correct errors
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
• Follow data entry standards and established procedures
• Organize and file electronic records for easy retrieval
• Assist in generating basic data reports when required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative support role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, or industry-specific databases
• Familiarity with data privacy policies and protocols
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with a high accuracy rate
