The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are currently hiring Auto Body Technicians to help support our booming body shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences.Auto Body Technicians will safely repair vehicles to pre-accident conditions, in a manner that is consistent with vehicle manufacturer procedures using industry guidelines/standards.ResponsibilitiesComplete dis-assembly of vehicle in order to assist Estimator in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair PlanRepairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards for all operations listedCheck parts against estimate and ensures proper parts were ordered and received; store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damageKeeps personal work area organized and clean, returns tools and maintains parts/materials carts in an organized manner.Operate a variety of hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)Notifies management of any issues or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised timeAble to follow all workplace safety requirementsMaintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipmentPerform other duties as assigned relating to, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, etc.QualificationsCollision repair experience: 2 years preferred but not requiredDependable and adaptable – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionExcellent communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work as part of a teamApplicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving recordGood time management skillsHonest and great work ethicWhat we offerVoted #1 Auto Body Repair Shop in Siouxland by the Weekender Magazine Siouxland Choice Awards in 2022!State-of-the-art facilityThe latest shop tools and equipmentBusy workflowA supportive management teamCompetitive payTop pay based upon experienceAll training expenses paid to advance your careerPaid time offNew shop equipmentOur technicians are our #1 priorityCareer growth & advancementTeam environment5-day work week, No Weekends!#J-18808-Ljbffr
