Corporate Strategy Role at Wells Enterprises

Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) is seeking a Corporate Strategy professional to identify and deliver opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve quality by viewing the entire value chain and connecting functional silos. Accountable for Logistics initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading Logistics to optimize the product and business model.
• Responsible for Logistics leadership through consumer and customer research, product development, sourcing, logistics, form analysis, and vertical integration.
• Accountable for the development and implementation of critical initiatives and projects.
• Understanding financial position when conducting business planning.
• Learning together how the pieces of the product model interact and how to optimize them as a chain.
• Participating in exploration of design diagnostics process.
• Leveraging current experience to guide the logistics organization in ongoing optimization.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of Business or Logistics experience.
• Knowledge of WEI business strategies and policies.
• Demonstrates expertise in Continuous Improvement, Production processes, Project Management, CPG, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercialization.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
