This role also ensures facilities and processes conform to GMP and FSMA regulations through effective management of quality systems and documentation.The ideal candidate will establish clear experience.Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of food manufacturing processes and production equipment.Knowledge of ingredient functionality, processing times, and temperature controls.Working knowledge of:BRCGMPsHACCPFood Safety ProgramsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Familiarity with supply chain and production technologies.Above average mechanical aptitude.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately.Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.Basic math skills and ability to use scales and calculators.Bilingual Spanish is a plus.Ability to work safely in a fast paced manufacturing
