Epic Communication Specialist & Project Support

6 Month (Ends Mid October) Minimal Travel Must have Epic Knowledge and experience with Epic Communications and Epic Go Live updates and changes. Responsibilities: Communication Specialists are primarily remote contractors supporting Epic EHR operational readiness at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Applicants must be experienced in healthcare and EHR technology copy and able to closely collaborate with senior BILH leadership. Strongest candidates will have versatile portfolios and the ability to synthesize high-level business objectives into results-oriented copy. Develop creative concepts, write, and edit engaging copy for the OneBILH Epic Implementation, including infographics, web copy, posters, and email Lead document writing, designing, and review process Provide quality control support to other document authors Collaborates with leadership and team to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and outcomes. Independently research and follow through on a variety of requests and assist with problem resolution.
