Job Description
You will be involved with the internet, directing, managing and coordinating digital media programs and special projects at USFFC and throughout the AOR.
You will evaluate and analyze information USFFC's communication programs, and provide guidance, advice, and assistance to USFFC staff and subordinate commands.
You will ensure proactive, effective communication efforts that conform to DON and USFFC policies and regulations.
You will monitor, evaluate, and provide advice and assistance regarding subordinate command public information programs to ensure effectiveness of overall command digital media programs.
You will develop campaign plans to disseminate information about USFFC and Navy's programs.
You will plan, administer, and coordinate public information activities for USFFC and subordinate activities, serving as the primary technical expert in preparation and release of information to the public directly through digital media.
You will independently research and provide guidance to sub-commands to ensure their social media sites are aligned and conform to DON and USFFC policies and regulations, and also, aligned with Commander's Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles.
You will create, edit, and post video productions, podcasts, on-line photography and news stories, using independent initiative and decision-making after careful analysis of mission, vision, strategies and tactics.
