Dial Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility; Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents by taking and recording vitals, reporting nuances to supervisor; Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, walking, and using mobility aids as needed; Document information pertaining to changes in residents functional status, personal needs, appointments, etc.; Maintain an accurate record of chargeable services and submit record to supervisor by the designated date each month
