Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator provides high-level IT support by planning, configuring, maintaining, and overseeing technological infrastructure on the property. The role involves managing service calls, reviewing servers, preparing system backups, maintaining computer equipment, configuring IT systems, compiling reports, managing the internal phone system, training staff, implementing network disaster recovery scenarios, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required skills and abilities include excellent verbal/written communication, adaptability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated knowledge of software, web applications, and system hardware. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field and three to five years of work experience in information technology or related field are required. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds, working long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and being exposed to moderate to loud noise levels and smoke in the gaming room.
