Insist upon Christian life-worthy conduct, worthy of imitation on the part of the students, supervise music classes, and co-operate with the principal and other teachers in keeping Christian discipline.

A. The teacher will teach classroom music (PS-5) for 25-30 minutes per class.

B. The teacher will conduct an all-school choir practice for 25 - 30 minutes once a week.

C. Teach individual or small groups of grades 3-5 students (1-3 students) instrument lessons in 25-to 30-minute periods on a school day of choice. Before and after school classes are acceptable. Additional pay for lessons.

D. Help with an all-school Christmas Program and Spring Program. If possible, have students prepare band solos for a performance in or before programs.

The day of the week is flexible with the exception of Wednesday. Hours will be 8:30 to 11:30 one day a week plus time for lessons. Additional time flexibility may be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day



License/Certification:
* Iowa Teaching License (Required)
* Certified Instrument Specialist (Preferred)
