Sanford Health - 1140 Lincoln Street Northeast - Responsibilities: Prepares, assembles baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors of the designated facility, preparing and serving food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.; Follows standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines to prepare, store and use food and food products.; Operates kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, and more.; Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery.; Demonstrates ability to be on foot for the majority of the day and walk long distances throughout the facility.
