RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Oracle EPM Software Engineer. This role is hybrid onsite in Le mars, IA. We will relocate for the position.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud applications aligned to business needs
* Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions and deliver across the full project lifecycle
* Develop and maintain integrations, calculations, and automation using SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies
* Lead or contribute to medium-to-large initiatives, providing technical direction and best practices
* Document processes, configurations, and technical artifacts for ongoing support and knowledge sharing
* Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve financial systems and workflows
* Mentor team members and support adoption of new tools and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in application development or engineering roles
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
* Solid SQL and PL/SQL skills, with a focus on performance and data integrity
* Experience delivering end-to-end solutions and working in fast-paced environments
* Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve complex technical issues
* Experience with Groovy, Java, or Oracle development tools preferred
* Background in system integrations (APIs, XML/HTML) and enterprise platforms preferred
* Familiarity with Unix/Linux or multi-environment deployments preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
