Stan Houston Equipment Company has a new opportunity for you!

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician to join our team at our Watertown location.
Work hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Here's what you'll do:
Diagnostic repair and maintenance of a wide variety of construction equipment including, but not limited to lifts, mini excavators, generators, construction tools and miscellaneous equipment
Maintain paperwork for work orders

Here's what you'll need to be successful:
Vocational or technical education in mechanics, machine tool technology or related field preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience heavy equipment repair and maintenance preferred (not required)
Mechanical ability and knowledge

Physical Capabilities Required:
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs at a time.
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Moderate amounts of grasping, fingering, and repetitive motion
Operate hand and power tools and other specialized equipment
Adequate vision to read small print and work with intricate parts and equipment
Sufficient hearing for sounds and signals from equipment to detect and diagnose problems
Able to stand for long periods of time and work in uncomfortable positions
