Job Description & RequirementsAmerican Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist in Winnebago, Nebraska for a 13‑week assignment beginning 08 June 2026.Assignment OverviewSpecialty: CT TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 08 June 2026Duration: 13 weeksHours: 36 hours per week (3 × 12‑hour days)Shift: 12‑hour days, 7‑on‑7‑off scheduleEmployment Type: TravelContract: 13‑week travel assignment; one openingResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of routine and complex CT and general radiographic examinations, including non‑standard procedures that require independent technical judgment.Calculate and control exposure factors (kVp, mAs, time, distance) and ensure optimal image quality.Load reader, push images to PACS, and electronically edit/annotate images.Maintain and troubleshoot cassette readers, PACS, and radiology IT equipment.Perform quality control for assigned modalities and maintain compliance with radiation protection standards.Maintain accurate records of patient workload, examinations performed, and technical factors used.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of CT training and experience.Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, or equivalent education and experience.Active ARRT registration required (ARRT(CT) or ARRT(R) accepted).Proficiency in radiographic exposure techniques, patient positioning, and image quality control.Experience with PACS systems and digital radiology workflows.Physical capability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand, walk or sit for extended periods.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.License required if applicable.Background check, drug screen, health assessment, immunizations, and TB testing required.Eligibility and LegalFederal law provides preference to qualified Native American applicants.CompensationPay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.BenefitsPremium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance starting day one.Generous 401(k) match.Substantial housing stipend.24/7 support and access to in‑house clinicians.Contact InformationAmerican Traveler Job ID #P-713142.
