The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating all project activities, and supervising all aspects of the overall project to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget. This position is also accountable to review project details, with the Field Foreman, to ensure the development and implementation of a high quality, cost-effective plan and schedule. This role requires sound industrial piping experience, strong relationship building skills, excellent planning capabilities, and project management skills. Field work and travel will include the continental United States.LocationBase range is $90,000—$120,000 annually DOE.ResponsibilitiesMeet with customers to develop/review projectsReview of project specifications to determine materials, equipment, supplies and labor needed to estimate/complete the project in accordance with established time frameWill coordinate the transportation and delivery of materialsli>Supervise foreman, crews and any other assigned workers to ensure work is being performed to project specifications in a safe and timely mannerDevelop/review blueprints and specifications to determine work details and proceduresCommunicate with customers and/or other trades to minimize conflictComplete all assigned tasks quickly, completely, and consistent with quality standards set by the companyPromote safety, teamwork, and cooperationProvide feedback/input regarding employee performanceCommunicate job status with customer frequentlyQualificationsMinimum of 2-5 years experience in the industrial piping industryProject Management Professional Certification (Preferred)Knowledge of developing, implementing, and evaluating project plans3-5 years experience of managing and successfully executing projects, in similar industry (Preferred)Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with fellow workers; and demonstrate commitment to established safety policies and proceduresField experience working with other Project Managers and work crewsExperience creating work plans for work crews or tradesKnowledge of process piping systems and/or other related processesKnowledge of schedules and documentationExperience creating CAD or SolidWorks drawings an assetExperience reading P&ID, an asset.Knowledge of TIG and Arc welding an assetStrong planning and organizational skillsPossess strong leadership and supervisory skillsProven ability to plan, coordinate and execute high priority jobs in a timely mannerUnderstanding of materials and tools used in the industryRequirementsMust relocate to Sioux City, IowaWork in all-weather elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)Adhere to PPE requirementsClimb ladders, steep stairs, crawl, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, sit and reach and lift objects up to 40 pounds.Work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends as needed to complete a project; overtime will also be required to meet project deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
