Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support the orderly movement of employees, contractors, and/or deliveries throughout the location; Assist with traffic and vehicle flow at entry gates, loading areas, and employee parking locations while following site procedures and reporting hazards, spills, and/or maintenance concerns
