Counter Sales AssociateConstruction knowledge/experience preferred!Stan Houston Equipment Company in Sioux City is now hiring!Full Time: Monday through Friday, day shift!Here's what you'll do:Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Assist customers in locating construction materials, tools and equipment in store and provide information on products.Check inventory availability, and accurately process sales transactions using the store's point-of-sale system.Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods efficientlyInform customers about ongoing sales and discountsCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.Stock merchandise, organize displays, and help with inventory countsReceive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments.Place and transfer products correctly between bins for proper inventory controlMaintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by regularly tidying shelves, aisles, and displays.
