Dial Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation of kitchenware including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and trays; Hand wash kitchen items not suitable for the dishwasher; Bus tables during and after meals and clear tables when residents are finished eating; Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment as required by local and state health departments; Notify manager if dish machine malfunctions or requires maintenance
