Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners, end users, and field technicians. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer site. Train customers on operation, service, and maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency. Conduct testing and calibration of electrical and mechanical components. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blue prints. Travel up to 50% to support urgent service needs. Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher preferred. 5 years of relevant field service experience preferred. Strong problem solving and customer service skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays when required.
