Job Details

Lead and manage HVAC installation teams on residential and/or commercial projects Install HVAC systems according to specifications and code requirements Read blueprints and project specifications Measure job sites and prepare accurate material takeoffs Order equipment, ductwork, and all required materials for upcoming jobs Coordinate with office staff, suppliers, and project managers Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions as needed Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong HVAC installation experience required Previous leadership experience managing install crews Ability to independently measure and prepare jobs Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation standards Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license EPA Certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually Ideal Target Compensation: $110,000 Bonus Opp...Manager, HVAC, Skilled Trades, Staffing
