Job Details

Key Accountability. Transports specimens, supplies, parcels, and written communication between laboratory and outreach clients while driving a licensed UPH vehicle. Loads and unloads vehicle while maintaining the integrity of specimens for shipment, room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen. Maintains pickup and delivery records for the pick-ups, deliveries, and responds to STAT and unusual delivery and/or pick-up requests in a timely manner. Maintains the cleanliness of the UPH vehicle; interior and exterior. Coordinates the scheduled maintenance such as an oil changes, tire rotations etc. Qualifications. Education: High School Diploma/ GED - Experience: 3-5 years driving experience. License(s)/ Certification(s): Obtain OSHA Bio-Hazard Certification within 30 days from date of hire and maintain annually. Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
