Estimator-PM with growing Civil Contractor

Description:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy highway and utility projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Manage awarded projects including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination Work closely with field crews to ensure successful project execution Track job costs, productivity, and project progress Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in civil concrete construction (heavy highway or utilities preferred) Commercial construction experience will also be considered Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office is preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities What's Offered Competitive salary base...Civil, Contractor, Estimator, Rowing, Contract, Staffing
