Responsible to provide health and program specific information to clients of the Nursing Division under the supervision of nursing staff. Will deliver and perform designated aspects of various nursing programs to targeted clients. This may include working in multiple nursing programs, data collection and entry, supply monitoring and ordering, registering and screening clients, maintenance of client records, and entry of client data in program data-bases. This position is within Siouxland District Health Departments Nursing Division, and reports to the Nursing Director and/or Nursing Coordinator.
