A highly reputable General Contractor is pursuing a Civil Superintendent for immediate hire. The candidate should have diverse heavy civil construction experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. - Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule. - Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews. - Attend meetings on and off-site as directed. QUALIFICATIONS: - The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience. Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading and excavation. - Understands and promotes the "team" concept. - Familiarity with safety regulations....Civil, Superintendent, Staffing
