A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor on a contract basis.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient and accurate processing of retail mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate timely execution of mortgage transactions and maintain complianceReview loan applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory guidelinesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or associate degree with two years of experience; or high school diploma with four years of experience in the functional areaMinimum of three years of progressive experience in mortgage processingProven experience with mortgage processing functions and loan origination systems, preferably EncompassKnowledge of compliance regulations governing mortgage lending and loan processingWillingness to pursue continuing education and certifications as applicable
