A company is looking for a Vice President & Head of IT Business Applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the enterprise application portfolio and manage the roadmap for business applications supporting MGA operationsOversee the delivery and implementation of new systems and enhancements across the MGA portfolioDrive the integration of acquired MGA technology into the enterprise platform ecosystemRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with at least 10 years in the insurance sectorDeep understanding of the MGA value chain and experience in large-scale policy administration and claims implementationsStrong technical knowledge of API-driven architectures and cloud-native applications (Azure or AWS)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferredProven ability to manage complex vendor ecosystems and lead cross-functional teams
