A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator who will ensure the quality and compliance of peer review case reports.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specificationsVerify that recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that reports meet professional standardsAssist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and complianceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experienceStrong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory valuesAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipmentFamiliarity with software programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
