Job SummaryJob Summary: Hot Buys is looking for a hybrid Retail Associate to help bridge the gap between our in-store experience and our online store. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a motivated E-commerce & Retail Specialist to drive our online growth while bridging the gap with our physical store operations.OpportunityFlexibility : Full or part-time.Diversity : You'll contribute across multiple areas, within the retail and e-commerce divisions, engaging in a variety of responsibilities.Growth : Opportunity to grow within the company.ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing : Assist with taking photos and writing descriptions for new inventory.Inventory : Label, barcode, and enter received items into the inventory system.Order Fulfillment : Process, pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately.Retail Service : Assist in-store customers and maintain organization in store. Maintain merchandising standards by folding, hanging, and organizing clothing.Qualifications(preferred, however willing to train the right person with a positive attitude)Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales preferred.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Marketplace, etc.)Basic photography skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.MUST be proficient in typing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
