Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds; Complete general carpentry tasks (wallboard, countertops, doors, tile); Proactive preventative maintenance (siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool, elevator); Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion; Assist with property emergencies and on-call/after-hours maintenance
