Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining business-to-business (B2B) relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Representative based in Sioux City, IA. The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and preparing estimates, proposals, and bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective commercial clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings to assess property needs
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and bids
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure service expectation are met
• Track sales activity, and meet or exceed targets

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Presentations, and Sales Prospecting
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to achieve sales targets
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience required (B2B preferred); 2+ years preferred
• A valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
