Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Unitypoint in the past 12 months.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 90.0 miles not accepted.
