Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform combined with your own network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with promising candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and evaluate their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Keep lines of communication open with leads to sustain interest throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission for each meeting scheduled, each interview conducted, and each hire made from your leads
