Service Manager

Sioux City Truck & Trailer is looking to hire a Service Manager. Position Summary: The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient workflow, and profitability. This role leads service technicians, manages schedules, and maintains strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support service technicians and staff Schedule and manage daily workflow to maximize efficiency Ensure timely and accurate completion of service jobs Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability Train, coach, and develop team members Maintain compliance with safety and company policies Coordinate with parts and sales departments as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in service management or a related field Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Organizational and problem-solving skills Technical knowledge relevant to the industry (automotive, diesel, equipment, etc.) preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay Benefits package Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Matching 401K
