IMKO and a local Siouxland bank have an opening for a Full Time Customer Service Position. Hours will be: Days: Mon - Fri 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM with ONE Saturday a month Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are, however, not be limited to:

• Open new accounts
• Resolving account issues
• Customer Service - Answering calls and questions about accounts
• Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality
• Explaining Products
• Handle complex request
• Relationship building, cross selling bank products
• Customer retention
