Description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
A skills checklist must have been completed within one year of the submission date.
A copy of required certifications and license verification are required.
One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.
Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless specified for certain locations.
