• Setting: Hospital - Level 3 Trauma Center (Hospital CT Technologist)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: May 11, 2026 - End: August 10, 2026)
• Shift: 10-hour Nights (9:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical CT technologist experience (Computed Tomography / CT Tech)
• At least one completed travel contract (preferred for travel CT technologist roles)
• Valid RT(R)(CT) certification or equivalent registry for CT
• Iowa Permit to Practice / State license (active and in good standing)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience operating Siemens CT equipment
• Not employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months
• Taxable address must be outside 50 miles from facility (travel assignment requirement)
• Valid Driver's License
• Work history / resume
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year
• License verification and copies of required certifications
• One supervisory reference

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT imaging procedures for patients in a hospital/trauma center setting
• Operate Siemens CT scanners and related imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Document exams and patient information accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, radiation safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as scheduled
