Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time day shift (36 hours per week) in our Nursing Department for a Unit Secretary.

Unit Secretary Responsibilities:

• Performs general clerical and receptionist duties on the patient unit.
• Prepares, compiles, and maintains patient records.
• Functions as the focal communication source at the nurse's station.
• Day shift hours consisting of (3) 12 hour shifts from 7a-7p. Every 3rd weekend from 8a-8p

Unit Secretary Requirements:

• High School education
• Unit Secretary training preferred.
• BLS certification is required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.
