Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (32 hours per week) in Le Mars, IA for a clinic administrative assistant.

Patient Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Under the general direction of the Clinic Manager, will be responsible for providing general and administrative support.
• Usual shift for this position is Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 7:30 am-4:00 pm.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• Administrative Assistant or Medical Secretary certificate preferred.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to function effectively under pressure.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel program
