Marshfield Clinic - 1140 Lincoln Street Northeast - Responsibilities: Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist; Provide, monitor and record therapy services to patients/residents/clients with impairments; Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions based on competency and goals; Document patient responses and communications during intervention to the occupational therapist; Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and assist with outcomes documentation
