Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and automated and electrical systems; Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime; Lead other mechanics and technicians, monitor their work, attendance, start-ups and set-ups; Respond to emergency breakdowns in a timely manner with OSHA Lockout/Tagout and company safety regulations; Maintain logbooks and calibrate machinery to performance standards
